Feeling Figures
Friday, December 6th, 9pm - Midnight
on Burn It Down! with Nate K.

Montreal's Feeling Figures are led by the songwriting duo of Zakary Slax and Kay Moon. The band's second LP, Everything Around You, was recently co-released by K and Perennial, and while it harkens to the sounds of indie rock's golden age, the album and the band aren't that simple to pin down, as Slax and Moon's distinctive songcraft rise above any easy genre signifier. The band dropped by WFMU on their recent East Coast swing, and with a couple of extra Retail Simps in tow (Zak also does time in that band), a good time was had. Tune in Friday, December 6 to check it out.
